I am writing to express my sincere thanks for making our recent trip to China such a memorable and wonderful experience.

Your local guides in Beijing, Xian and Shanghai are a credit to your organization. They really made us feel welcome and showed off their home cities with pride and professionalism. The personal touch does make such a difference.

They really did everything to ensure that we had a great time.  We were able to take everything in without ever feeling rushed or missing out on any places. We had a truly terrific time. The hotel in Beijing was great, and the Peninsula Hotel in Shanghai was beyond exceptional.

We did have some concerns about visiting a country where we did not know the language and were not familiar with the culture.  We are so glad all was made easy and smooth by you and your team every step of the way.

Your attention to detail on our visa application and insurance were very much appreciated. Even when we were on the tour, you were always available.  It was never too much trouble for you to call me back and assist me with any of my requests. The level of personal service and expertise do set you and your company apart. We are planning another trip to Asia in 2013, and we look forward to working with you again.

Dear Ms. Wu and Ms. Wong,

I would like to commend Wendy Wu Tours and my travel agent, Wing Chiu Wong, for planning and arranging a fascinating and memorable trip to China. We were a small group and meticulous attention was paid to every detail in planning the trip by Wendy Wu and the handling of the trip by their local partners in China.

In each city we visited, we were met at the airport by a local guide and driver. The guide escorted us during our visit and at the end of our stay escorted us through departures for our flight to the next city. We had six guides during the trip and each one was well-spoken, educated and openly gave us their perspective on China. They all made themselves available 24-hours a day should any difficulties arise when they were not with us. It was particularly impressive that every guide and driver was at the proper location and on schedule each and every time.

On our Yangtze River cruise, there was an issue with our accommodations. One call to the offices of Wendy Wu and the head of the ship resolved every issue to our satisfaction. The ship's personnel paid special attention to all of our requests and the cruise became a highlight of our journey. In another instance, we decided to change at the last moment the city where we would be spending the night. To our pleasant surprise, Wendy Wu Tours accommodated this request and promptly changed our itinerary.

China is still and exotic destination for most Americans. I am strongly recommending utilizing Wendy Wu Tours for travel to China for both their superb execution and their local connections and network which will be comforting and reassuring should any difficulties arise. We were very pleased with the value we received for the money spent.

As CEO of a national company, I am not easy to satisfy but Wendy Wu Tours and my travel agent Wing delivered more than I expected.
